- You will need to fill out a Health Histort Form that will be provided to you at the front desk.

- If you are on medication please have the list available so that your therapist can know the effects that massage may have on you.

- Please come about 15 minutes early to have enough time to fill out the appropriate forms. This will ensure that your massage appointment time is not shortened.

The appropriate removal of clothing will be discussed on your first visit - only undress as much is comfortable for you. During the entirety of the treatment you will be covered with a sheet and only the area where the therapist is treating will be uncovered at any given time.

- There will be an interview and complete physical assessment so that your therapist can determine the best approach to treatment. Finally there will be a "hands on" massage treatment so your therapist can determine your tissue health.
