Registered Massage Therapist: Hailey Stafford has been a member of the Massage Therapists' Association of Nova Scotia since 2005. Trained in Ontario with a three year advanced massage therapy program that included breast massage,lymphatic drainage and other advanced techniques most provincial massage programs do not cover.
Hailey has worked in various clinical environments including chiropractic offices, hospitals, nursing homes and her own clinic until joining The FinishLine & Associates. Massage Therapy is covered by most insurance plans. Direct Billing for Blue Cross is available - please check with your insurance company if a doctor's referral is necessary before your first appointment.

- A Swedish massage therapy session designed for those seeking injury prevention, pain management,or relaxation. This treatment is designed for those who require a more spcific full body approach for several problem areas, to achieve a full state of relaxation. Deep tissue massage, myofascial release,lymphatic massage and other advanced techniques may be included within your specific treatment plan.
Lymphatic massage(60 minutes) $75.00
- An advanced technique that requires additional training is used to reduce the pain, inflammation and scarring associated with fluid retention or edema.Whether swelling is due to injury, cancer treatment,surgery or an illness such as fibromyalgia,lymphatic massage can have remarkable results. It is also effective in decreasing pain, swelling and bruising from breast cancer treatment, cosmetic surgery,liposuction, breast reduction or implant, and laser surgery. In addition, the technique can be used to reduce the appearance of varicose and spider veins, wrinkles,rosacea and acne. This deeply relaxing technique can even help relieve chronic pain from conditions such as fybromyalgia,arthritis,headaches;and can help improve sleep and reduce depression,anxiety,and other effects of stress.

-A massage to address the specific muscular problems associated with computer and office work. Repeated movements cause a build-up of microscopic tears in the muscle and soft tissues leading to inflammation,swelling and pain. Common overuse injuries include tendinitis,carpal tunnel syndrome,plantar fasciitis,tennis/golfers elbow and frozen shoulder. Neck,shoulders,arms and hands are loosened.lengthened and relaxed. Perfect for during your lunch hour or directly after work.
A "Maintenance massage" for those who have that little spot that needs attention now and then.Depending on the area of concern this service can be performed on our massage chair or table.(15 minutes...$20)
